Four private paths, all coached one-on-one at your pool. Pick the closest fit. Most swimmers move between them as they grow.
First Waters
Comfort first. Technique later.
The first months in a pool shape a swimmer for life. First Waters is a patient, playful start. Floats, breath control, going under, and getting independent. Kids move at their own pace. Parents watch a child get visibly calmer week to week.
- Water comfort and face-in-water play
- Independent front and back floats
- Rhythmic breathing without panic
- Kick with a board, then without
- First unassisted glides
Stroke Foundations
Every stroke, taken apart and rebuilt.
By the time a kid can swim a length, small technique mistakes are already locking in. Stroke Foundations rebuilds each of the four strokes from scratch. Body position first, then propulsion. Kids leave with strokes that hold up when they get tired.
- Freestyle body rotation and bilateral breathing
- Backstroke alignment and steady kick
- Breaststroke timing (pull, breathe, kick, glide)
- Butterfly rhythm without exhaustion
- Streamlines, push-offs, and clean turns
Adult Beginners
Learn quietly. At your own pool. At your own pace.
Most adults who never learned to swim didn't get the chance. Or they had a bad first experience. This is a different kind of lesson. Private, unrushed, and built around your specific fears and goals. Most people go from clinging to the wall to swimming a full length faster than they expect.
- Comfort with going under and exhaling underwater
- Buoyancy and how your body actually floats
- Recovery from any position
- Front crawl without panic
- Endurance across a full pool length
Competitive Refinement
The small changes that move seconds off the clock.
For swimmers already racing. Club, high school, masters, triathlon. Video review, race pacing sets, turn and start work. The goal isn't more yardage. It's more speed from the same effort.
- Video review of stroke mechanics
- Turn work (open, flip, breaststroke pullout)
- Race pacing and split-based sets
- Underwater work and streamline efficiency
- Taper strategy for meet season
