We send a Stripe invoice to your email. You pay online with any major card. That's it. The invoice is the receipt.
Future lessons
You can keep paying by invoice. Or, if we're already at your pool, tap-to-pay on Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a card. Cash is also fine.

Four simple rules.
Private one-on-one coaching runs on a tight schedule. These rules keep it fair for you and for us.

Payment before the first lesson.
We collect payment before the first lesson starts. This keeps the schedule clean and lets us confirm your slot with certainty.

24-hour refund window.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your lesson get a full refund. Less than 24 hours out, the fee is non-refundable. This is the only fair way to run a private one-on-one schedule.

24-hour reschedule window.
Same rule. Reschedule more than 24 hours ahead at no cost. Inside 24 hours, the lesson is treated as taken.

Weather exceptions.
If the weather is genuinely unsafe (thunder, extreme cold), we reschedule at no charge. No 24-hour rule for weather calls, ever.
