The Santa Monica pool scene
Santa Monica's pool landscape is defined by density. Smaller backyard pools north of Wilshire, condo and HOA pools everywhere else. Salt air and marine layer are real. Mornings can stay cool through 11am. We know which HOA buildings let outside coaches in. Ask us about yours.
